Peppe condensed his 15 years of experience as a bicycle traveler into this course and managed to give us an overview of all the aspects in which it is necessary to be informed in order to be able to face a new adventure with awareness. In fact, the course ranges from the fundamental topic of safety to mechanics, from refueling to staying overnight, from planning the trip to the flexibility to manage it. We had some experience of outdoor life however I must admit that traveling by bicycle has a whole range of specific aspects, which emerged in the course, that we naively did not take into account. So even though Peppe proposes it as a course for beginners, I am more than convinced that it is also very useful for those who have been traveling by bike for a while and want to take on slightly more ambitious adventures! Finally, we found very interesting the sharing of experiences that was created among the participants of the course, we are in fact used to seek opinions on experiences that we are going to do, however, direct interaction always gives you something more.
